We always love a wedding in the Lake District so it was with much anticipation that we set of to photograph the gorgeous Josie & Andy on their wedding day at the very impressive Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa near Ambleside.
Conditions on the day weren’t exactly what we had hoped for. The sun struggled to make an appearance and for the most part it was a little grey and uninspiring but in saying that the inclement weather created some dramatic,moody looking skies over the lake.
Back to the wedding itself and there was absolutely no way you could attach words like..grey or uninspiring to this gorgeous day.
Our bride Josie looked totally stunning from the minute we walked into her hotel suite at 9.30am right through until we left shortly after the first dance.
Josie and Andy shared their day with over 100 of their closest friend and family…including probably the two most important guests their adorable little ones Eloise & Harvey.
A fabulous day in one of our most favourite locations!!
