A midweek trip up to York for this the wedding of Gabriela & Jonathan at the amazing Castle Howard.
A wedding with a little difference….no guests….just the bride and groom and some venue staff as witnesses. I absolutely loved the intimacy of the day, which I think is exactly what Gabriela & Jonathan wanted. A day just for them with a big party planned in the not too distant future for all their family and friends.
I often have inquiries to photograph more intimate weddings. For some reason everyone thinks that because there are only a very small number of guests, or none at all, there will be nothing to photograph.
I hope these images will show just how fabulous Gabriela and Jonathan’s day was.
I absolutely loved it and I’m so keeping my fingers crossed in the hope that someone asks me to go back to this stunning venue again very soon.
